He has experience in the development of startups and mobile applications, as well as in scientific activities in the field of economic and infrastructural cooperation in the CEE region.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Łódź and completed a master’s degree in international relations at the Faculty of International and Political Studies at the University of Łódź. He was awarded a medal “for commendable studies.”
