She specializes in real-estate and business transactions, intellectual- and industrial-property law, civil law in its broadest sense, as well as litigation and arbitration.
She has many years of professional experience in servicing business entities. She has participated in a number of complex real estate and M&A transactions, comprehensively advising on all legal aspects and at all stages of the transaction. She provides legal services for agricultural real-estate transactions. For years, she has represented clients in litigation related to combating acts of unfair competition.
She speaks English.
She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Wrocław and the H. Grotius Center for Intellectual Property Rights. She has been a legal advisor since 2014 and is a member of the Chamber of Legal Advisors in Wrocław. A speaker at international legal conferences (ABL).
