He combines advice in the areas of corporate and commercial company law with specialization in contract law, providing ongoing services to business entities. He advises on M&A transactions. He assists clients in cases related to commercial leases, particularly in the restaurant industry. He represents clients at every stage of ongoing judicial and extrajudicial disputes (both in arbitration and mediation).
He speaks English.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Wrocław. He also holds a postgraduate degree in environmental law. He is a member of the Chamber of Legal Advisors in Wrocław.
