Founder of Szmyrka Nawrat & Partners, and managing partner.
He has more than 20 years of professional experience gained in areas of broadly defined business law.
He is involved in corporate law and handles acquisition and merger projects. He advises on transactions involving companies and their organized parts, among other areas. He represents clients in major commercial litigation and arbitration proceedings. He acts as defence counsel in criminal proceedings related to business dealings.
He speaks English.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Wrocław and is a member of the Bar Association in Wrocław (since 2000).
