Krzysztof Szmyrka

Founder of Szmyrka Nawrat & Partners, and managing partner.
He has more than 20 years of experience in serving entrepreneurs and investors, both domestic and foreign. He specializes in litigation, legal services for real estate and M&A transactions, tax proceedings, economic criminal law and fiscal criminal law, as well as bankruptcy and reorganization law. He supports the firm’s clients in planning key business and investment projects and in implementing selected solutions. He advises businesses on succession planning.
He represents the firm in the Alliance of Business Lawyers.
He speaks English and German.
He graduated from the University of Wrocław (1998), passed the judge’s exam (2001) and is currently a member of the Bar Association in Wrocław (since 2003).
